all know that the major reference of this industry in the world could not have worked in it, if there is a law that would require them to be enrolled by a college to regulate the activity .
same thing happens in Argentina. But recently a draft compulsory registration already has half sansión in Santa Fe, resurrected an old controversy in this regard.
The project is of the Provincial Association of Computer Professionals (APPEI) that would add to the Law 13016 of the province of Buenos Aires, Cordoba 7642 and 3752 Mission. All point to regulate the activity requiring the computer to have a degree to allow the registration exercise.
If - as indicated by official data CESSI - there are 90,000 people working in the area, coming to 300000 if we add technical, telecommunications and call centers, this decision would affect not only these people but a market currently has its difficulties.
The controversy is always latent, projects often come and deal with a given market environment.
The words "prohibited by law" sound very harsh in the mouth of those who talk about it. May point to a regulatory framework by introducing some standars for the exercise of the profession would be a kick valid. We also think that the number of graduates is less formal racing (or will in the near future) to meet demand, which clearly makes us realize that the market should be formalized to enrich themselves and not exclude those who today are the majority.

I have no first degree and for 14 engaged in the occupation, lived much of the job insecurity that represent the 90 and I had to check in for work.

Because obviously not going to go to a state university where the level of assessment is far superior to private education ...
