Here, his final advice
I repeat something that is implicit: try to find out what the company might be interested in sado you, your needs and requirements. Do not do as many candidates with excellent experience who are more concerned about expressing what they need or, worse, expressing what they can bring to the Company to be hired ... without knowing the eyes of the interviewer what they really seek to incorporate.
