In my case and taking advantage of the Human Capital that this blog has generated, I have seen in 2010 that the job opportunities in the IT world have reactivated compared to 2009 (with a notable downturn compared to 2008).
discussion topics have not changed: We are discussing salaries, consultants, industry professional, college careers. It strengthens some viewpoints over the years that have been discussed.
Additionally I known a more federal IT world, and I must say that the reality inside the country both industry and HR at the same, is different. I have tried to broader indicators in this regard. And to add value to people trying to follow the path of leaving the big city and go "Quality of life"
